New Friends in Old Places

This is our fifth time in Panama. My father moved here back in '99. He remarried to a Panamanian woman and created his own little tropical paradise, if you will. So, the Chiriqui District of Panama is very familiar and precious to us. Over the years, we've made dear friends with a local family here and have had the honor of watching them (and them watching us) grow. Today, we met something else. Something new, something special.

Media Coverage and Speaking

We're honored and overjoyed with the attention our nomadic family and this site has received  We work hard (but joyfully) documenting our journey and sharing ourselves as authentically as we can, including the lows and the low lows of being a nomadic family. As we continue to share our ever-changing world, family discoveries, and travel tips to inspire others; we hope you too can refer to us any media. We appreciate it. This entry highlights some of the media coverage, blogs referrals, and speaking engagements we've been blessed to have. Enjoy!

Tammy Days

Wow! Last night we received our second donation, and boy were we excited! I almost cried (which doesn't say soooo much cuz I cry all the time). Either way, both donations were for $100.As a nomadic family, we have an online presence and sell products and my skype coaching services to fund our journeys. In honor of Tammy Portnoy and her donations, we'd like to declare "Tammy Days" and dedicate these last two days in her honor. Thank you Tammy.

Arriving At the Ranch- He Said/ She Said

We were driven about 45 minutes out of La Fortuna, Costa Rica to the most beautiful, remote ranch in La Lucha De La Tigra, Costa Rica. Gabi is overjoyed by the real, authenticity of it all; Kobi is overwhelmed by how secluded it seems. Here are some videos that reflect our beginnings of life on the ranch in what we know lovingly refer to as "La Lucha: Our First Real Home on the Road"

First Breath of Costa Rica

We've arrived in Costa Rica. After two months on the road, from Israel to New York, to Houston, across three states in an RV, to California, back to Houston, and now, finally we've landed in Central America. Here is a collection of what we saw and the things we remember in the blur of flights, taxis, buses, and new everything.
