Arriving At the Ranch- He Said/ She Said

We were driven about 45 minutes out of La Fortuna, Costa Rica to the most beautiful, remote ranch in La Lucha De La Tigra, Costa Rica. Gabi is overjoyed by the real, authenticity of it all; Kobi is overwhelmed by how secluded it seems. Here are some videos that reflect our beginnings of life on the ranch in what we know lovingly refer to as "La Lucha: Our First Real Home on the Road"

She Said: Gabi, an hour after arriving

He Said: Kobi, the day after arriving

Meeting the new neighbors:

(who later would become our best friends and the main reason we stayed in La Lucha): Soooo excited about the new neighbors, Don Jose Ramon and his wife Sonia. They've adopted us like grandkids. We spent our entire day with them today, in the loving kindness and warmth. She's the first Only-Spanish speaking person in the world whom i can laugh with, enjoy jokes with. It's like we really get each other. I love that. That's very special for me. In this video, I think I say at least three times how we loved spending the day at their house. A very strong thunderstorm is about to break loose. This storm's lightening will actually strike their home and fry their lighting and all the electric cow fences.
